The Health Disparities Simulation was an original simulation created by members of the Martin Hall Agency to reveal the various inequalities that people from marginalized populations face when seeking and receiving healthcare. I served as a Teaching Assistant for the agency during this semester.
In continuation of my previous experience facilitating the Community Action Poverty Simulation during Fall of 2021, I guided new account team members through the creation, facilitation, and promotion of a simulation event. To support further understanding, I also individually planned and ran another instance of the Community Action Poverty Simulation in order for the account team to understand the way a simulation works.
